Ohio Wood-Destroying Insect Inspection Program

January 17, 2002 All company inspectors attended this program.

June 30, 2002 This will be a requirement for all Ohio inspectors.

There are now specific guidelines for inspectors to follow for a real estate inspection.

Inspectors can not report a structure as infested unless activity is found on or in the building.

July 1, 2002 The new Kentucky regulations must now be followed.

	April 24, 2002 All First Choice Pest Control technicians were also Kentucky certified.
	Schools, hospitals, nursing homes, and day care centers must follow notification guidelines and follow integrated pest management (IPM) procedures.
	The Kentucky "Consumer Disclosure" form is to be used for all termite and powder post beetle work.

September 2002 - Termidor may now be used for ant control with great results!
